YEAR IN REVIEW

Every day, almost 4,600 ESGR volunteers located throughout 55 field offices carry out ESGR’s mission. In spite of the many challenges facing our nation, these volunteers devote time and energy to supporting servicemembers and employers. Every time an employer signs a Statement of Support (SoS) or is presented with a Patriot Award (PA), ESGR volunteers recognize outstanding support of employers. With each hour volunteered, an ESGR team member raises awareness of the law for the National Guard and Reserve members and their employers; strengthens employer-employee relationships; and helps resolve conflicts. Volunteers make the work of ESGR possible as highlighted by the recap of this year’s efforts below:
