Please Note:

   The Inquiry and Case Management System (ICMS) is fully operational as of September 28, 2010.  Please continue your training and logon processes in order to access your ESGR USERRA cases on or after this date.

   As of June 9, 2011, new training has been added to this site to reflect updates to the ICMS system.  Please review the above training modules to learn about these changes.
