Tennessee Highway Patrol Capt. David Allred receives the “Patriotic Employer” Award from the committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. With him are Col. Larry O’Rear, USAF retired, and THP Sgt. Joe Agee. Agee, who is Sgt. Major Agee in the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment of the Tennessee National Guard, is soon to be deployed to Iraq for a second tour of duty.
