FORT HOOD, Texas (Feb. 3, 2010) -- The Employer Support for Guard and Reserve (ESGR) visited the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team in Fort Hood, Texas, this past weekend.  ESGR is a nation-wide Department of Defense (DoD) organization established to promote cooperation and understanding between civilian employers and Reserve Component Soldiers.
