If an employee doesn't show up for work, he should be fired, right? Well, Southwest Coaches doesn't think so. Not when there's a good reason for being absent.  One of their school bus drivers, MM1/SS Shawn Bingham, has been called to active duty as a navy reservist and departs Nov. 13. He'll be gone about a year.
